Franchisor Introduction: When our clients choose the company they wish to work with, we make the introduction with the company and initiate the FDD disclosure process. 6. Founders Call & Discovery Day: After our clients complete their due diligence we prepare them for their Founders Call and Discovery Day, which are the final steps before being awarded a franchise. Our role is not to sell. We're in the relationship business. Our role is to guide our clients toward successful business ownership with great franchise opportunities. All of our brands are carefully evaluated and vetted so our clients can be assured that all of the work we do together will be in their best interest.
