Chief Compliance Officer for Empower, the #2 provider of retirement plans in the U.S. In this role, I run all aspects of the company\'s compliance program including a broker-dealer with over 2600 registered reps, two investment advisors and a mutual fund group. I also serve as the company\'s Chief Ethics Officer overseeing the code of conduct for over employees. I work extensively with federal and state regulators, senior executives and board members. As part of Great West Lifeco family of companies, I work extensively with Chief Compliance Officers from other countries including Canada Ireland the U.K. and Germany on a range of enterprise-wide projects.
