I spent the first 34 years of my career in the accounting and auditing industry as a Certified Public Accountant and retired at the end of 2023 as a Principal with Rea & Associates.I am excited for the next chapter of my professional career as a team leader with my wife, Katie Richards, for The Richards Group with Keller Williams Greater Columbus Realty. Katie has been a Top Producer in residential real estate sales since 1996!I value my family and my community! I work hard for my clients, but in my free time I love to spend time with my family and enjoy my time on the golf course as well as with the Granville Running Club.Katie and I are huge supporters of Pelotonia, in the true spirit of \"ONE GOAL\". If you happen to be a Pelotonia rider or spectator, do not hesitate to stop by our home when coming into Granville for a beverage and some conversation. At our home, everyone is welcome!I was born and raised in Newark, Ohio, graduated from Newark Catholic High School, met my wife Katie at Walsh University.In 1993 Ken and I bought our first home in Granville, Ohio, where we raised our two children, Sarah, and Max (also a member of The Richards Group).
