About Ken Reisenfeld
For the past 35 years, I have represented leading corporations and sovereign entities before international arbitration tribunals around the world and in multi-jurisdictional court proceedings involving recognition, enforcement or nullification of arbitral awards, motions to compel arbitration, actions to obtain assistance of courts on interim measures, and actions to obtain discovery in support of a foreign arbitral proceeding (so-called Section 1782 actions). I regularly serve as counsel or an appointed arbitrator in complex commercial, investment treaty, intellectual property, telecommunications, pharmaceutical, energy, public international law, distribution and licensing disputes worldwide.
