Diversified experience includes work related to offshore facilities (fixed, floating, and swamp), pipelines, and onshore facilities (natural gas plants and crude oil storage terminals). Experience covers all phases of project development from Appraise/Conceptual through to Start-up & Operate for both Greenfield and Brownfield projects. Management and Lead responsibilities include, but not limited to, project execution, personnel management, reporting, project controls, schedules, QA/QC, HSSE, lessons learned, contracts, regulatory (ABS, USCG, MMS), document control, procurement, and risk management. Engineering and Lead responsibilities include, but not limited to, developing and checking numerous deliverables for different disciplines, e.g. Project Engineering: Interface Coordination, Decision Registers, Action Item Lists, Management of Change, Procedures, Cost Estimates, Schedules, Value Improvement Practices (VIPs), and Weight Management Process: BFDs, UFDs, PFDs, P & IDs, Line Sizing, etc. Facilities/Mechanical: Specifications, Equipment Packages, Datasheets, Equipment & Specialty Item Lists, Layouts, RFQs/POs, etc. Loss Control/Technical Safety: SAFDs, Safety Equipment Layouts, Safe Charts, Fire & Gas Layouts, Escape & Evacuation Layouts, Fire and Safety Equipment Lists, etc. Electrical: Load Lists, One-lines, Building Layouts, etc. Instrumentation: Datasheets, Specifications, Cause & Effect Charts, Logic Diagrams, etc. Construction: Constructability Review, Construction Plans, Mechanical Completion, and As-built Documentation Commissioning: Static & Dynamic Commissioning Procedures and Execution Operations: Start-up & Operating Procedures and Operations Support
