Manage and prepare a high volume of U.S. immigration petitions and applications for twelve (12) corporate key accounts. Partner with in-house Immigration Specialists, Global Mobility, and HR personnel to ensure a seamless and stress free onboarding experience for Foreign Nationals. Provide end-to-end ownership of the entire immigration life cycle to Foreign Nationals by designing individual roadmaps, from their initial hiring pursuant to nonimmigrant visas (H-1B, L-1A, L-1B, E-2, E-3, TN, F-1, O-1), to adjustments to permanent residence via the EB-1, EB-2 or EB-3 preference categories.• Partner with Attorneys to oversee and prepare a high volume of NIV and IV cases• Strategize cases and review immigration eligibility documents, identify potential issues, and make effective recommendations for Attorneys• Maintain in-depth knowledge of immigration regulations to ensure compliance and maintain best practices for the clients’ immigration sponsorship programs• Proactively identify and resolve workflow gaps or program ineciencies• Prepare and submit responses to standard and complex RFEs• Under the supervision of Attorneys, strategize and prepare PERM applications while leading recruitment and critical deadlines• Generate monthly status reports and ensure timely renewals and extensions are filed• Lead the H-1B cap lottery, from registration through petition submissions to the USCIS• Assist Foreign Nationals with DS-160 online applications, consulate visa interview appointments, and translation at interview preparation calls with Attorneys
