Extensive experience working with senior stakeholders and across multiple teams and vendors offshore and onshore, in financial and retail services, to deliver value-adding technology changes using both agile and waterfall methodologies, with a focus too on service transition and the adoption of end-to-end product lifecycle management. I\'ve enjoyed operating in the HR systems space with the Oracle HCM SaaS/ PaaS solutions to support transformation of Sainsbury\'s Recruitment solution, and enhancement of the Learning offer using the Cornerstone SaaS solution. More recently I\'ve enjoyed embracing the challenges of Digital Safety at easyJet. This has leveraged my broad experience across IT and developed my knowledge and understanding of GDPR and PCI compliance using Ground Labs Enterprise Recon PII and deploying UKG\'s Document Manager solution as part of their HR Service Delivery SaaS offering.
