ABOUT KEN MACLENNAN

Partner at Clarke Willmott LLP, a national law firm with seven offices across the UK offering a full range of legal services for businesses and private clients. Clarke Willmott\'s Restructuring and Insolvency team is a national service with four partners across three offices. Since qualifying in April 2008, I have specialised in corporate restructuring, turnaround and insolvency work, both contentious and non-contentious. I have also been seconded to the restructuring team of a large high street bank. I lead Clarke Willmott\'s non-contentious insolvency offering in Bristol and the South West. Typically, I advise insolvency practitioners, banks, directors, companies, creditors, landlords, individuals and other stakeholders on wide ranging issues including pre-pack and trading administrations, restructuring and refinancing, security, equity and property stakes/positions, antecedent transactions and asset recovery, and all aspects of CVAs, IVAs, administrations, liquidations, restructurings and bankruptcies.
