Blade Exchange and Upgrade for the London Array and the West of Duddon Sands Offshore Windfarm Projects.Assisting and ensuring that Site Management implements the HSE plan and acting as the principal Contractor on site.Implementation of valid HSE procedures on site and ensuring these are followed.Coordinating, managing, inspecting and controlling the HSE conditions during the progress of work. I am required to provide strong, visible health and safety leadership on site and act as a champion for “Zero Harm”.Reporting and follow-up of incidents, accidents, near misses and the like.
