As President and General Manager at Faircast’s Gray and Ductile Iron Foundry, responsibilities include on time delivery, production, P&L budget, engineering, quality control, maintenance management, tooling management, safety, environmental, quality compliance, and Lean and World Class Manufacturing implementation. As Director of Operations at Sloan\'s brass jobbing green sand foundry is on of the most competitive foundries in the USA. The Augusta, Arkassas facility specializes in castings less than 25 pounds. Our newest entry in brass alloys is a NO LEAD alloy CDA 89836. Sloan is also a major producer of CDA 84400 red brass alloy. As Vice President at RCM Industries, die cast operations consisted of A360, A380 and 413 aluminum casting utilizing 600 to ton die cast machines to include Prince and B&T models. Responsible for Process Control audits, Supplier Chain audits, TS16949, ISO and other Agency audits. Upper level tools used are daily Gemba walks, accountability meetings, customer focus and performance reviews on all value streams. Experience include World Class Manufacturing, lean manufacturing process, 8D corrective action, A3 process, PFMEA and Control Plans, PPAP Process and Scar Supplier Corrective Action Request, and SPC processes. At Watts Regulator, I have held multiple staff positions with positive results.
