Mr. Lark currently works as a mediator in residential foreclosures, divorce, paternity, general civil and appellate matters. Mr. Lark also maintains a general law practice with a focus in guardianship/probate litigation, health care professional license defense, medical malpractice, and health law. Additionally, he is a hearing officer for the St. Petersburg Housing Authority. He is the Past President of the Barney Masterson Inn of Court and Trustee/Secretary of the Community Law Program. He is a past executive committee member of the St. Petersburg Bar Association and past president of the Tampa Bay Chapter of The American Association of Nurse Attorneys. In 2010 and 2011, he helped organize and present three mortgage foreclosure forums to assist homeowners through the mortgage foreclosure crisis. Prior to becoming a lawyer, Mr. Lark worked as a Paramedic/EMT, Registered Nurse and National Ski Patroller. He spent his childhood in Vermont and his adult life here in Tampa Bay.
