Ken Kennedy, NMLS #403850, is a Certified Reverse Mortgage Professional and Sales Manager with LoanWorks, Inc. He has been active in the Financial Planning Association for many years and has been a highest level Sponsor of both the Colorado and the Minnesota FPA Chapters and an active member of the San Diego FPA Chapter. Ken is one of the nation’s leading educators on the Home Equity Conversion Mortgage (FHA-insured Reverse Mortgage Program). During the past 20 years, Ken has authored numerous articles on the use of Reverse Mortgages in Financial Planning and has conducted Reverse Mortgage Seminars for the California Estate Planning Group Network, the Colorado Financial Planning Association, the Minnesota Financial Planning Association, the Public Accountants Society of Colorado, and for hundreds of individual Financial Planners, Accountants, Attorneys, Bankers and Individuals in California, Colorado, and Minnesota. Previously, Ken was a practicing Attorney for more than 30 years, specializing in Real Estate & Mortgage Transactions and in Estate Planning. During that time, he handled over Real Estate Purchase and Mortgage Transactions, wrote and lectured extensively on Real Estate Matters and conducted hundreds of Estate Planning Seminars. Ken was awarded the highest national rating for Attorneys—the coveted Martindale-Hubbell “AV” Rating and was selected for inclusion in \"Who\'s Who in American Law\".
