ABOUT KEN KABATOFF
Ken Kabatoff is an accomplished writer, producer, and director with over fifteen years of experience in the film industry, delivering high-quality stories to millions of viewers.In 2016, Ken began writing for the critically acclaimed sci-fi Netflix series, Travelers, and was quickly promoted to Co-Producer. In 2020, he was nominated for a Writers Guild of Canada Award for Best Drama for his final episode of Travelers; a testament to his exceptional writing skills.In addition to his work as a writer, producer, and director, Ken is also dedicated to giving back to the film community. For nearly two years he taught part time at Vancouver Film School, where he shared his expertise with aspiring filmmakers and helped them hone their craft.In November 2023, Ken was awarded the prestigious Directors Guild of Canada BC Emerging Greenlight to direct a deeply personal short film titled The Doukhobor, which will be released in 2025. Ken\'s primary focus is on directing and he is currently preparing to take his feature directorial debut to market.
