About Ken Jenkins
With over 15 years of experience in the higher education industry, I am a professor at University of the Potomac, where I teach and mentor students in psychology, human resources management, and business administration. I hold a Ph.D. in industrial and organizational psychology from the University of Phoenix, and I am passionate about applying psychological principles and methods to improve the performance, well-being, and development of individuals and organizations. I have also held various roles in admissions, enrollment, and academic affairs, where I have contributed to the growth, retention, and success of students and faculty. In addition, I have a diverse background in the US Army and the aviation industry, where I gained valuable skills in leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving. I am also Myers-Briggs Type Indicator Certified, and I use this tool to help students and colleagues understand their personality types and preferences. My mission is to inspire, educate, and empower the next generation of leaders and professionals in the fields of psychology and business.
