About Ken Hefner
Mr. Hefner is the Vice President and Senior Partner leading IBM\'s Public Service Enterprise Applications (EA) business and has led Complex Systems Integration projects for over 25 years. In this current role Mr. Hefner leads SAP, Oracle, Watson Health, Cúram, and Microsoft systems integration work and manages the EA consulting practice in Public Service. Mr. Hefner continues to support our largest programs and most recently served as the lead IBM executive on New York Health Homes MAPP project (Cúram, Watson Health), Metropolitan Transit Authority (MTA) Enterprise PeopleSoft project, and NY SFS. Mr. Hefner has also led many other large-scale State, Local and Federal projects including, US Navy (multiple), Customs and Boarder Protection (CBP), US Army (Multiple), Commonwealth of Pennsylvania (ImaginePA), University of Cincinnati, State of Louisiana, Erie County (NY), Fairfax County (VA), Clark County (NV), and Broward County Public Schools to name a few.
