I have worked in the manufacturing and tool & die industries for over 35 years and in many different roles during that time. From apprentice to journeyman tool & die maker to tool design engineer to stamping manager (also ran presses) to tool room manager to engineering manager to V.P. of engineering. Throughout my career I have traveled to several countries and visited several dozen companies to build, design and trouble-shoot tools and processes during my career. I have been in a leadership role for the last 22 years with vast experience in many facets of the industry. I still love the hands-on approach to leadership and working side-by-side with co-workers to show that I am not above doing the same tasks they are being asked to do. I enjoy coaching, training and teaching people and have always been willing to share my knowledge and experience with anyone who is willing to learn.Die-Matic Corporation is a contract metal stamper for a multitude of industries including, automotive, construction, appliance, mining, alternative energy, & military and defense. Die-Matic also provides resistance, spot, mig & tig welding and other value-added capabilities.
