ABOUT KEN HANOVER

The Synergy Organization (TSO) provides evidenced-based search and related services primarily to health care organizations and other non profit institutions. Ken Hanover brings over forty years of executive level experience in health system and hospital management and in the medical device industry. As a former client of TSO, Mr. Hanover understands the benefits of utilizing evidence-based research and its application in searching, selecting, and hiring key individuals for the successful operation of an organization. His unique experience in leading large complex, health care organizations and his understanding of the challenges they face give him a knowledge and perspective of what abilities and talents are critical for senior executives and their organizations to be successful. Previously, Ken Hanover served as the Chief Executive Officer of Prezio Health, a private equity owned, surgical and endoscopic management, maintenance, and repair company serving over hospitals and other health care institutions across the United States. He retired from his CEO role in February, 2017 although he continues to serve as Vice Chairman of their Board of Directors. Prior to joining Prezio in Sept. 2013, Mr. Hanover spent his career managing a diverse array of hospital and health care delivery systems. He has served as the President and chief executive officer of major health care delivery systems in Pennsylvania, Ohio, and Massachusetts and has a successful track-record of strategically repositioning the product portfolio, service mix and market distribution of these organizations to build market share, enhance clinical quality and drive financial performance. His organizational efforts to lower operating costs, improve productivity, and increase revenue have improved management performance and strengthened community trust and confidence
