Create end to end predictive and prescriptive optimization/machine learning models to maximize delivered value spanning cost, cash and service metrics and that enable testing of supply chain strategy robustness for a single plant and the network. Result – Identified inconsistencies in forecasts, strategies and tactics throughout the process which are being addressed with new daily work process tools which will further increase productivity while delivering lower cost, inventory and higher service. This has also reduced staffing and transportation plan fluctuations resulting in more than $2 million in savings and more than $30 million in opportunities.
