I help companies align their real estate with their business and growth goals. Having been in this business for 25+ years, I\'ve advised many types of organizations during a variety of market conditions. My passion is in finding creative real estate solutions that increase the bottom line and create productive work environments. Commercial real estate is always evolving.COVID has definitely changed the game. Companies need to provide an engaging and collaborative environment to get employees excited about coming back to the office! Office environments create culture! I help create great cultures. I also am passionate about connecting my contacts with other business leaders that can help them achieve their business goals and form solid friendships. Outside the office, I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling, skiing, Bronco and Nugget games and golfing. Some of my more rewarding work has been with the Boys and Girls Clubs of Metro Denver, The Global Livingston Institute and teaching financial literacy to high school students through Junior Achievement.
