I am a school administrator and educator who leads by serving. My experience demonstrates a focus on continual School Improvement bringing about growth and achievement of all students by fostering a collaborative team of all stakeholders. Experiences: As principal of Insight School of Indiana, a Hoosier Academies Network School, I worked with 7-12 students and their families to help them overcome obstacles with a unique and highly supportive approach - supporting students enabling them to have success in school. At Lafayette Christian School I provided leadership for a private k-8 school focused on academic excellence and provided a high-level of family collaboration to achieve consistent \"A\" grades from the Indiana DOE. We also achieved the state\'s Four Star recognition 20••••16 for the first time in the history of the school.
