Set production AVM cascade logic for 2026- Effective challenged Finance’s HELOC ACL forecast- Collaborated with Underwriting to make a credit policy change related to 3rd lien HELOCs- Corrected errors in the code that identifies credit exceptions- Found fraud check kiting and reported the account to the Financial Crimes department- Projected the next month’s HELOC NCOs and worked with Collections managers to set monthly targets
