I have been designing, implementing and managing Business Intelligence and Marketing Intelligence solutions since 2001 - helping business customers understand what happened, why it happened, and what could happen in their business through effective Data Analytics.As an expert at dimensional modelling I understand the art and science of data architecture for analytics and reporting. I have been a guest speaker at many SAP conferences focusing on Business Objects and the SAP Analytic Cloud.In my current role at the American Red Cross I support marketing analysts and data scientists by architecting data from our campaign automation tools and biomedical systems, building data models for Power BI and universes for Business Objects, to provide self-service BI, interactive dashboards and other reporting solutions.
