The following outlines my real estate history. Today in 2022 I am happily retired and have moved to Florida. My business partner Crystal Linn has assumed the duties of Designated Broker and owner of Realty Executives Brio and Grant County. was first licensed in 1974 at Checkerboard Realty in Canada and helped form the 1st desk fee company in 1976 in Winnipeg Manitoba.I have worked locally with John L Scott from 1986 to 1991.In 1991 I became the Manager of Prudential Northwest and later our office was merged to form Prudential Preferred Properties. I managed for 5 years. In 1996, I quit managing and re-entered the sales field with Coldwell Banker Bain.While at CB Bain I created a national referral company that quickly outgrew the companies ability to work within Cendants Relocation guidelines.In I took my Employee Referral Real Estate Relocation program to RE/MAX because of the 100% desk fee concept.On July 1, 2001 I opened our own nationally branded franchise real estate company! REALTY EXECUTIVES. In 7.5 years we had grown to over 139+ agent and nine locations opened. In 2005 I was awarded Broker/Owner Of The Year from Realty Executives.REALTY EXECUTIVES Brio is a well established real estate company set to celebrate its 15 year in business here in Bellevue WA. Together with my business partner Crystal Herrmann we run a business that our Executives love to work for.REALTY EXECUTIVES Grant County was opened by Crystal and I in July 2012 and today with 14 members of the MLS in Moses Lake we are in the top 10.
