When I started as a Junior Project Manager, I was editing commerce articles. Soon, I was managing the project, having scaled production by hiring a team of freelancers. In my current role, I handle client management at the enterprise level with a particular focus on online retailers. I’ve hired and trained five employees and have had a number of direct reports through different projects I’ve managed. My domain knowledge of the commerce space is vast, and this role continues to strengthen my critical thinking, creative approaches, and overall leadership skills.
