As a Manufacturing Quality Assurance Engineer with a focus on Supplier Quality! Here’s an overview of what I do: Supplier Quality Management: Conducting comprehensive audits and assessments to ensure our suppliers meet our rigorous quality standards and compliance requirements.and Evaluation of Supplier First article inspection reports as per AS9102 RevC. Data-Driven Insights: Leveraging 7QC,Statistical tools and data analysis to monitor supplier performance, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Quality Assurance: Implementing stringent quality control measures to ensure that all materials and components meet or exceed industry standards and customer expectations. 🤝 Collaborative Partnerships: Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment on quality goals.
