Working with a multidisciplinary team applying a range of user researchmethods for different life cycle phases articulating to stakeholders the benefitsof taking a user-centric approach. Conducting research with diverseaudiences to deliver accessible and inclusive digital services. Responsible forusing a variety of research methodologies to develop insights from user needsfor the delivery of highly interactive web, mobile and other digital applicationsusing techniques such as qualitative research, quantitative research,workshops, third-party research, surveys, focus groups, social listening,prototyping, usability, and accessibility testing. Planning and conducting online research, mainly consisting of one- to -oneinterviews and cognitive walkthroughs of UI design flows and new/revisedscreen. Initiate and ran workshop discussions to identify and perform iterativereview of questions for the online survey questionnaire Analyse and report the findings from these studies to UX designers as wellas project teams along with recommendation for dressing user issues For my project, I work with a team of interaction and visual designers todiscuss project requirements, UI designs and comments provided by me andthe other team members on resulting wireframes Conduct interviews with retail store personnel and help to analyse andsummarise data to create user personas Ability to present user research findings to senior project sponsors andstakeholders Analysis and report findings and recommendations to
