Vastly experienced PMO Lead (P3O), Project Planner and Project Manager (PRINCE2), operating as an Independent Contractor via Huper Solutions Ltd. I have a rich and diverse background in establishing and continually improving world-class PMO functions, as well as executing £multi-million greenfield and critical stage recovery projects for large-scale complex organisations.At the heart of my role is collaborating with people, of which I have a proven ability to foster productive relationships with cross-functional stakeholders at all levels, to translate requirements into clear roadmaps, maximise cohesion and drive buy-in for innovative new concepts and solutions.To enhance delivery velocity, compliance and effectiveness, I combine use of tailored methodologies and the latest tools and techniques.
