ABOUT KELYN KIECZA

I\'m an organized, creative problem-solver who enjoys collaborating with other people and working to improve myself and my environment. I have experience working the front desk at an upscale Inn. I enjoy making guests feel welcome and providing them with a high level of customer service. Previously, I gained experience working with young people ranging in age from first to twelfth grade: I served as a middle school camp counselor, worked as a babysitter throughout high school, served as Entertainment Rep on the Student Council my senior year of high school, and worked as a teacher\'s assistant at an elementary school near my college. I excel at managing large groups of students while motivating them and providing a safe, fun environment.
