I’ve always been curious about how we make meaning out of our experiences and how our stories shape the way we move through change. It’s something I’ve had to learn firsthand, and it now threads through my vocation, my relationships, and my creative life.This curiosity has shaped my journey at PwC and beyond. As a first-generation Chinese American and a walking quadriplegic, I’ve learned to transform adversity into insight, turning lived experience into resilience, empathy, and connection.Over the past decade at PwC, I’ve worked across client engagements, talent acquisition, campus recruiting, DEIB, communications, and leadership development. I’ve partnered with suppliers and internal stakeholders on high-impact initiatives, designed and facilitated national inclusive mindset workshops, supported senior executives, and contributed to leadership programs preparing leaders for ambiguity and change.Before that, I reinvented myself multiple times — from CPA to leadership development, transferring across three major U.S. cities, and navigating life after a near-death accident that forced me to rewrite what “progress” meant.Alongside my corporate work, I’m active in the performance arts, using acting, storytelling, and creative practice as vehicles for connection, identity, and human development.
