ABOUT KELVIN LULE
I\'m an electrical engineer with a background in both power generation and system studies. At DTE, I worked with a gas turbine group focusing controls, SCADA integration, and protection schemes and I ran stability studies in ETAP and PSS/E, so I speak the language of transmission planning. What sets me apart is I\'ve seen both sides: how generation behaves and how the grid responds. Now with DER and renewables changing everything, that perspective matters. I understand T&D not as separate silos but as one interconnected system. I\'m not just a study engineer I know how the models translate to real hardware, real disturbances, and real reliability. I\'m here to help build a grid that\'s ready for what\'s next.\"
