ABOUT KELVIN WINTER
Webmaster of three websites. I am the Code Compliance Supervisor and also the administrator of code enforcement SaaS at the City of Norman, OK. Process improvement is a very strong proclivity for me and has been demonstrated numerous times throughout my career path. Fiduciary responsibility is also a mainstay, and with Board approval, and as the president of OCEA in 2009, I was able to transform the financial situation from being in the red in the spring of every year to maintaining an abundant surplus of funds that have continued since that time as each Board has maintained fiscal integrity by being conservative concerning monies spent.
