I am a Principal Lawyer and head of litigation at Align Law, a full-service boutique firm based in Melbourne.For 15 years, I have acted for clients in a range of cases relating to commercial disputes (including breach of contract claims and claims under the Australian Consumer Law), shareholders’ disputes and Corporations Act related matters, insolvency, property disputes, professional negligence claims and tax litigation (state and federal).I also act for clients in the building and construction space, specialising in high quantum defects claims involving high-rise residentials and commercial buildings.I previously worked with Reed Smith in its Singapore office where I handled international arbitrations under the LMAA, ICC, SIAC and UNCITRAL rules for clients in the energy, commodities and shipping sectors.
