Hello, world! I am a seasoned software engineer with over 6 years of professional experience creating software to make Azure\'s datacenter networking infrastructure more reliable. I have a Master of Science in Computer Science from Georgia Tech where I specialized in Machine Learning. I am a licensed professional engineer (P.Eng) in the Province of Ontario. I also have current Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Project Management Professional (PMP)® and Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certifications.I am passionate about creating high quality software and using technology to innovate at scale. I have a track record of success incorporating AI and automation into process workflows, significantly reducing the time and knowledge needed to execute network troubleshooting protocols. A recent success I had was incorporating AI into a network outage detection system, saving thousands of hours of manual engineering work. I was internally recognized by the senior leadership team at Microsoft for this accomplishment. I love solving complex problems using grounded engineering principles, and then scaling the solution out to create large positive impact around the world.I also enjoy collaborating with others and working in teams to accomplish goals that are bigger than what I can do by myself.
