Consistently evaluates the consumption of non-reusable goods and effectively recommended alternatives that reduced dependency, reduced costs, and significantly lessened the firm’s daily impact on the environment. • Develop and maintain consultative relationships with Regional Managing Partner and other internal business leaders in order understand, recommend, and adjust operational support arrangements to meet their evolving needs.• Actively participate in the continual evaluation of the region’s real estate portfolio and recommend space reduction/utilization strategies that will translate into approximately $40M in lease cost savings the next 10 years.
