I’m a writer and strategist drawn to the space where behavior, language, and meaning intersect.My work spans behavioral health curriculum design, executive ghostwriting, brand strategy, and long-form writing. I help turn complex systems—scientific, technological, cultural—into stories, structures, and educational experiences people can actually use.I like making things make sense.Alongside client work, I also develop original projects (including The Rewilding, Shangrilogs, and The Murmuration) where I explore behavior change, attention, creativity, and our relationship to place through essays, courses, and community-based learning.
