ABOUT KELTON GRAY
With over 3 years of experience organizing events for the largest Arena in Virginia, I\'m well-versed in the little things that people never think about. I\'ve planned everything from sold out concerts to meetings for 10 people, and give each client the same level of attentiveness, no matter the size of their size. I have a people-centric and client focused mindset to make sure that when a client leaves, they\'re already thinking about the next event they\'re ready to bring back. Further backgrounds in education and mathematics helps in the background of my scope of work. I am trained and educated to know how to lead teams of 2-30, and continue and develop training as needed, as I learned while pursing my degree in education, while my degree in mathematics helped teach me about data analytics and making sure Excel spreadsheets are double-checked and correct every time to ensure information is correct. I am always looking forward to a different challenge to pursue where I can put my wealth of knowledge from all of my backgrounds to the test.
