About Kelsy Holle
Discovery consists of seeing what everybody has seen and thinking what nobody has thought.\"- Albert von Szent-GyorgyThroughout my dynamic and exhilarant career in the military I had the privilege of shaping both operations and personnel to create maximum impact. As a personnel manager I identified each person’s strengths to allow each member of the team to perform at their highest level. Now I want to do the same in a different capacity. I have the opportunity to work in an innovative behavior therapy and learning center that places emphasis on the uniqueness and personal strengths of every student. I specialize in working with children who display maladaptive behaviors and I\'m lucky enough to have a job that I can\'t wait to get to every day. I have been able to translate my skills as a linguist, cryptologist and data analyst by using data to understand what my students are trying to tell me through their behavior. I have been able to translate my skills as a personnel manager by teaching my students how to self advocate and appropriately communicate their wants and needs. My ultimate goal is to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. I intend to make positive changes in the field of Autism Education. Gallup Strengths Finder: Achiever, restorative, positivity, ideation, and futuristic.Things I love: Travel and music. My banjo and I are both World travelers. I also can’t get enough of nature, writing, and good food.
