As a working professional, I have had experience working in customer service in the software and technology industry along with having working experience in the hospitality and transportation and logistics industries. During my career, I have been a problem solver and a customer oriented professional, with my interest in finding the right solutions for the customer’s needs tailored to the situation at hand. My strengths include being detail oriented, having the ability to multi task, punctuality, someone with a high work ethic, and someone with a student mentality due to constantly learning new processes and procedures along with constantly wanting to learn new things due to professional growth. In addition, I have been able to be a team oriented professional, assisting other employees when needed and assisting with training of new employees in my department. I have also demonstrated the ability to meet deadlines and effectively work under pressure, along with successfully completing cross training on different functions my department has, on top of being an effective communicator.My educational background includes receiving a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Arkansas, Sam M. Walton College of Business in May of 2017. During my time at the university, I majored in Marketing and minored in Accounting. In terms of my technical experience I have received from both my educational experience and professional experience, I have had experience in Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Access, Salesforce, Oracle Applications, along with using an Order Management System.
