About Kelsie Burke

I grew up in an entrepreneurial-spirited family in Eugene, Oregon and have been business-oriented for as long as I can remember! I am passionate about traveling, art and photography, and volunteering. Since 2013, I have spent significant amounts of time volunteering: coaching a highly competitive Dance Team at the local High School and working in various towns in the Dominican Republic and Peru with at-risk children and teens. My volunteer efforts consisted primarily of assisting and planning fundraising efforts, managing a team of up to 15 college-aged student-athletes, and adjusting schedules on-the-go as needed. I studied abroad in London, England between my sophomore and junior years of college. The study abroad focused heavily on managing cross-cultural teams and adopting global business strategies. Since graduating in early 2017, I worked with realtors, builders, and lenders in a sales and marketing role at a Title Company, as well as created a successful Social Media Management company. I spend my free time hiking with my dogs, camping, riding my horse, painting, dancing, and doing photography.

   Post College: serving as the New Member Advisor and New Member Education Advisor to the local University of Oregon chapter. Assisting the collegian new member team with planning inter-fraternity events, initiation, bid day, and keeping teams on-task by ensuring deadlines are met. Overseeing that grades are being maintained by all new members and providing resources when new members are struggling with college life. During College: Served as Event Coordinator for all fraternity events and campus involvement. Arranged decorations, catering, and supplies and managed a team of 6. Delegated tasks within the team to ensure that everyone played a substantial role in the success of events.
