I’ve dreamed about working in fashion since 6th grade. Fashion, apparel, merchandising, buying, helping customers identify their personal style—it all gets me excited to go to work every day. My love of being creative is balanced with a solid aptitude for business, including math and analytics. Something I’m very proud of is earning 3rd place in a university-wide competition by creating and presenting a business plan for launching a business called Upcycled that transforms clothing to support and promote sustainability.I am a natural leader who thrives on collaboration and teamwork. I lead by example, always eager and willing to go beyond my job description. Others view me as a role model who demonstrates a fierce customer focus, incredible work ethic, an innate sense of style, and robust knowledge of my industry. I take personal satisfaction in delivering results for the customer and my employer.My experience includes working with small businesses with both an in-store and online presence. My work is not simply a job but a passion. Outside of work, I keep up with what’s happening in the industry and the world so I can anticipate what’s next.
