Responsible for regularly updating documentation to reflect the frequent changes and nuances for designated groups’ processes.• Participate in the revamping of the Global Onboarding Experience by providing insight as a subject matter expert for AMR. Partner with multiple stakeholders to craft new hire and hiring manager first day communications to be used across all of AMR and serve as a new precedent for part of Apple’s new employee experience globally.• Collaborate with multiple lines of business to assist in facilitating bi-weekly New Employee Orientation meetings by manually managing the orientation attendance list for the Austin campus and sending first day communications to all Austin new hires, hiring managers, and key stakeholders.
