   As Marketing Manager for Choate’s Savannah and Tampa offices, I lead and execute local marketing strategies, listening for key messages and ensuring the company\'s brand and vision are effectively communicated. I also strategize with other marketing managers, who oversee our remaining five offices, to align our departmental goals with Choate’s strategic plan. I develop creative, measurable marketing plans for specific clients and industry sectors (such as healthcare and manufacturing), develop project-related content and materials, oversee events, ensure brand consistency, and support each office’s philanthropic efforts through Choate’s Building Up program. As a team leader, I manage and mentor marketing staff, providing support and feedback while balancing workloads. I’m also involved in the recruitment and development of my team. Finally, I serve as a brand ambassador for Choate, representing the company at external events and ensuring a strong connection with clients and industry partners.
