Before that, I was at Airbnb for 3.5 years working on technical recruiting, as well as mergers & acquisitions. My strengths include building out recruiting process, creating strong candidate pipelines, sourcing for diverse talent, and creating an exceptional candidate experience. Outside of work I enjoy hiking with my yellow lab, Butter, reading, yoga, and baking!
