About Kelsey Pytlik
With over 11 years of work experience, I am a passionate and skilled user experience design leader and a co-founder and CEO of Gild Collective, a company that works with organizations to change individual views and behaviors to shift workplace cultures and break down gender barriers. I believe in empowering underrepresented talent with the tools needed to succeed and create an environment where everyone can thrive. I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, as well as a deep understanding of user research, user experience, and user experience design principles and practices. In addition to leading Gild Collective, I also offer contract UX design services to various clients, supporting them as an agency partner or embedded team member on projects. I conduct and provide insight from user research, deliver clickable wireframe prototypes, user flows, sitemaps and additional deliverables as needed to execute against project briefs, and iterate with designers, developers, copywriters and brand managers to align on project objectives at each project stage. I am proficient in Sketch, Figma, InVision, Axure, OmniGraffle, InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
