In my current role, I combine storytelling and UX principles to create inspiring travel content that\'s easy to understand and use from the first impression to the end of the user journey (literally). I also serve as day-to-day support for a team of producers by providing guidance and driving improvements to content and operational systems. Recently, I’ve deepened my expertise through UX writing and research coursework. I\'ve enjoyed finding new ways to weave strategy, trend analysis and user insights into my work.🤍 I\'m a storyteller at heart. I grew up on stage, playing cello in orchestras, singing in choirs and performing in plays. My curiosity and passion for human connection led me to pursue an education in journalism and strategic communications.
