I’m passionate about crafting meaningful customer experiences and building products that make an impact. Right now, I’m creating a new feature at Twilio that builds rich customer profiles—importing conversations, storing traits, memories, and event history—and making that data accessible to both AI and human agents. The goal: more personalized, contextual, and effective customer interactions.With a background in finance, analytics, UX design, and product operations, I take a holistic and collaborative approach to product management. I might not be the most technical person in the room, but I’m not afraid to get scrappy, ask the tough questions, and push things across the finish line—all while keeping the customer front and center. Where I really thrive is working on front-end, customer-facing projects that drive real results.When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me hiking, skiing, or hanging out with my chocolate lab, Rue. I’m always happy to connect—whether it’s about product, tech, or the best trails to explore!
