Directing the Reach College Group, the Reach Intern Program, and the Reach Young Adult Ministry.This is a Director-level role that is responsible for the overall vision, leadership, strategy, promotion, and execution of Reach’s ministry to College and Young Adults (ages 18-35). The Director role will invest in recruiting and developing leaders to grow existing discipleship environments for this demographic and build new opportunities for learning, equipping and growth. Reach Interns-Responsible for leading and teaching the Reach Intern program, which includes recruiting, equipping, and overseeing interns for Kids, Youth, Worship, Production, and Operations Teams.Reach College- Lead Reach College Group Gatherings & Events- Communicates effectively and winsomely one-on-one, in meetings, and in large gatherings- Serves as a meaningful voice at Reach College Group, which includes preaching, teaching, and facilitating services- Groups & DNAs. Equip College students to grow and disciple one another in Groups and DNAs- Build a Leadership Team: Establish a multi-generational leadership team to support College Students at ReachReach Young Adults- Equip Young Adults to grow and disciple one another in Groups and DNAs- Build a Leadership Team: Establish a multi-generational leadership team to support Young Adults at Reach- Organize Young Adult Gatherings & Events: Communicates effectively and winsomely one-on-one, in meetings, and in large gatherings- Serves as a meaningful voice at our forthcoming Young Adult gatherings, which includes preaching, teaching, and facilitating services.
