Manages scheduling, logistics, communications, enrollment, attendance, and certification. Ensures completion of mandatory training and professional development requirements. Maintains the training budget tracker and manages vendor coordination- New Hire OnboardingOrganizes onboarding sessions and updates LMS learning paths. Partners with HR on manager and buddy assignments. Collects and escalates feedback to enhance the onboarding experience- General Talent Development SupportSupports ad hoc projects and team-wide initiatives that contribute to employee development and firmwide learning goals.
