About Kelsey McLeland
My name is Kelsey McLeland and I joined Capital One in July 2016.My current role is Line of Business Learning Consultant. My clients include Tech, Enterprise Services, Software, Business Cards & Payments, and International (Mexico, Canada, India, UK), serving ~18k associates. I partner with our leaders to determine the best learning solution to help them achieve their goal in upskilling or reskilling their associates. I specifically consult on leadership, DIB, competency development, team effectiveness, and job specific skills. My first 2 years were in a rotation program known as the “Management Rotation Program”, followed by 3 years as a Chief of Staff in HR and Tech. I graduated from Texas A&M University with a BBA in Management, a minor in French, and a certificate in international business. Learning and Development became a passion of mine through my time volunteering with Scouting America, specifically their leadership development trainings.
