ABOUT KELSEY MATTESON
Bio: I am a physician at Yale New Haven Hospital. I completed my residency in internal medicine at Yale New Haven Hospital.I completed my medical training at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine. At UM, I served as the station manager for the Department of Community Service\'s HIV & Hepatitis C Testing Station, conducted research on Kaposi Sarcoma Associated Herpesvirus (KSHV), and served on executive student boards for Internal Medicine and Infectious Disease. I was a supervisor for FL DOH COVID-19 response center and a research assistant for the SPARK Miami-Dade County surveillance study of the seroprevalence of antibodies against COVID-19. I completed a rotation with the Epidemiology Elective Program at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.I graduated from Rollins College in 2017 with a B.A. in biochemistry, molecular biology, and global health. I spent 20••••18 on the laboratory staff for Vanderbilt University\'s Department of Biological Sciences, where I taught laboratory courses in general and molecular biology, and a research class on p53-associated oncogenesis.
